En sus laderas, las familias caficultoras de La Unión llevan generaciones recogiendo cada cereza a mano y secando el grano al sol. In Nariño, southern Colombia, a mountain rises until it touches the clouds: Chimayoy — "to go meet the sun" in the Quillasinga language. On its slopes, the coffee-farming families of La Unión have spent generations picking every cherry by hand and drying the beans in the sun.

Lo traemos directamente de sus fincas y lo tostamos en pequeños lotes en Chamberí. They opened their farms and their kitchens to us, and we fell in love — with the mountain, the people, and a sweet, bright coffee that tastes of the place where it's born. We bring it straight from their farms and roast it in small batches in Chamberí.
